  •  Menus for Administrators
  •   The following "Management Menus" and "Access Logs" are displayed, respectively, only when the user by whom the administrator authority to correspond is set up logs in.


    <Management Menu>
    Management Menu
      The menu according to authority is displayed out of the following to a user with administrator authority.


    Management Menu -> General Configuration

     Configuration of general behavior of Thetis can be set on this page.

    <General Configuration>
     The item which can be set up is as follows.



    ■ General Settings
    • Application name
      Above figure 
    • Symbol Title
      Above figure 
    • Symbol Image
      Above figure 
    • Header Title
      Above figure 
    • Header Image
      Background of above figure  (Default size is 520*45px).
    • Default Page
      The default screen displayed when a user accesses is specified.
    • In the case of Desktop screen -> /thetis/desktop/show
    • In the case of Login screen -> /thetis/login/logout
    • In the case of Note (Header Menu) -> /thetis/custom/note.html
    • In the case of a page out of Thetis -> http://... (Arbitrary URL)
     If "Show Topic Box" is set as checked, A lower topic box is displayed at the time of access (Effective, only when a default page is a page peculiar to Thetis).
     The contents of the topic box can be changed by registering arbitrary HTML on this setting screen of operation.   <<After-mentioned>>.

    ■ Menus
    • Mode
      If a check is put into "Open User Registration", user's registration can be exhibited like the demonstration server of Thetis.
       In the Open User Registration mode, the link to user's registration is displayed as follows, and even if not logged in, it can register as a user (a new user is informed of account information by e-mail).

      <Header Menus>

      <Login>
    • Display
      Each menu of Equipment, Workflow, Research, User List and PaintMail can be specified to display or not to display here.
    • Login Required
      Each menu of Desktop, Items(BBS/List/Folder Tree), Schedule, Equipment can be specified to require LOGIN to display.
    ■ Topic Box (Header Menu)
     The content of the Topic Box is customizable here.
    • Caption
      Wording displayed on following figure  is specified.
    • HTML
      The contents displayed on following figure  are created as an HTML file, and the file is specified.

    ■ Note (Header Menu)
     The content of the note is customizable here.
    • HTML
      The contents displayed when the "note" of a header menu is clicked are created as an HTML file, and the file is specified.

    <Default "Note">

    ■ E-mail Settings (SMTP)
     The SMTP server when transmitting e-mail from Thetis is set up.
    • From-address
      The E-mail address used as a transmitting agency address of e-mail is specified.
    • Server
    • Port
    • Domain
    • Authentication(SMTP-Auth)
      Respectively, it specifies according to a setup of an SMTP server.
    ■ RSS
     RSS is set up.
    • RSS
      A check is put in when enabling.
    • Feed
      The check "also notifies the contents" when notifying to a client to the contents of the updated page is put in.
      (The load of a server increases)
    ■ Header Menus
     A menu can be added to a header other than a "topic box" and a "note."
      
    Controls Description
    This is dragged and turn can be replaced.
    Since a lower header menu edit display pops up, each item is inputted.
    A menu is deleted.
    "Create" button A header menu edit display pops up in the state of empty, and a menu can be added newly.






    <Desktop Management>
    Management Menu -> Desktop Management

     A setup about a desktop is performed.

    ■ Desktop before Login
     The desktop displayed on all the users before login is displayed and chosen.
    Items Description
    Currently Selected The user name chosen now is displayed.
    The desktop screen when logging in by the user chosen is as follows, The cautions message 
    "this desktop is set up display on all the users before login"
    is displayed up and down.
    Select My Desktop It changes so that its desktop may be used.
    Deselect Selection is canceled and it returns to the state (default) where it does not choose.
    The desktop of an empty state is displayed on a non-logged in user.

    • This setup is effective only when login is not required of the display of a desktop screen.
    • My Folder is excepted automatically and it is not displayed on a non-logged in user.




    <User Management>
    Management Menu -> User's Management

      (The same as the screen for Administrators of User List )



    <Groups Management>
    Management Menu -> Groups Management
      Display and edit of group composition etc. are performed. It consists of
    • (Upper part)   Navigational panel
    • (Left-hand side)   Tree view
    • (Right-hand side)   List view

    1. Navigational panel (Upper part)

    Button Description
    Create A new group is created in the group chosen.
    A name is inputted in the following pop-up window.
    Rename The name of the group chosen is changed.
    Delete The group chosen is deleted.
    • The group of a low rank layer is also deleted.
    • If a group folder is not empty, it will be left behind with [ of each member ] reading-and-writing authority. When no member belongs to the Group and authority is not set to the Group Folder as others, all the users to access of it is attained.
      (The same may be said of the Group of the low rank layer deleted together)
    • Empty Group Folder (with no Item) will be deleted.
    Move The group chosen is moved.
    A movement place is chosen in the following pop-up window.

    2. Tree view   (left-hand side)
      A group class is expressed as a tree.

    3. Liszt view   (right-hand side)
      List, the user who belongs to the group chosen, is displayed.
      (Sorting is "the ascending order of the descending one & user name of an executive")


    Management Menu ->Teams Management
      In the present version, a list display and deletion of a team are possible.

    <Teams Management>
    =  Team management header part
    (1) :   Team name search
    The keyword of the team name to search is specified (the capital letter and small letter of an alphabetic character are distinguished). An "object" can be chosen from the following four.
  • All Teams
  • Stand by
  • Under activity
  • Under an activity stop
  • A click of "search" button displays the team of the appointed conditions.
    If the Reset button is clicked, it will return to an initial display state.

    (2) :   Paige turning over
      Paige turning over of a team list part (10 per 1 Paige) can be performed.

    = Team list part
      The list of teams is displayed. Ten per page Page turning over can be performed in a header part (2).
    • If the caption (green portion) of ID, a name, and status is clicked, it can sort by the item.
      (∧ represents ascending order, and ∨ represents descending one).
    • A click of  deletes a team.
      • an Item (project definition document) is not deleted. It returns to the state before team organization.
      • If a team folder is not empty, it will be left behind with [ of each member ] reading-and-writing authority. When a member is not in a team and authority is not set as others, all the users to access of a team (it is not empty) folder is attained.
      • It is deleted when a team folder is empty (there is no report).



    <Schedules Management>
    Management Menu -> Schedules Management
     It is displayed that it clicks on (only administrator) on others and schedule each screen which it is from management menu panel.

     Specification of a holiday can carry out in the present version here.

    ■ Holidays
    Buttons Description
    Add A holiday is added.
    A holiday is inputted for every line in a lower pop-up window.
    Delete The holiday chosen is deleted.
    Register The contents of a setting are saved.



    Management Menu -> Equipment Management
    Object equipment of "equipment reservation" is registered, edited and deleted.

    <Equipment Management>
    = Equipment management header part
    (1) : Create
      If    is clicked, it can move to an equipment edit display and equipment can be registered newly.

    (2) :   Nonpiped-mode-operation button
      Operation to the equipment chosen by the check box at the right end of each equipment is performed.
    It cannot straddle and nonpiped mode operation of the page cannot be carried out. Please process for every page. (20 per page)

    Button Description
    Select All / Deselect All Selection/release of all the equipment in Page are changed.
    Delete The equipment chosen is deleted.
    • The display column of the schedule which has registered applicable equipment (reservation) is as follows. (The number of "a deleted front" is ID of the deleted equipment.) There is no meaning in particular.
        Keep in mind that it does not return to origin even if it registers equipment again by the same name. ("A deleted item" is once deleted and it is necessary to rechoose the created equipment)

    (3) :   Page turning over
      Paige turning over of an equipment list part (1 Paige 20 affair) can be performed.

    =  Equipment list part
      A list of equipment is displayed. 20 per page Page turning over can be performed in a header part (3).
    • If a caption (green portion) is clicked, it can sort by the item.
      (∧ represents ascending order, and ∨ represents descending one)
    • If an equipment name is clicked, it will move to an equipment display screen.
    Control Description
    It moves to an equipment edit display and equipment information can be edited.

      Equipment information is displayed. It is displayed that an equipment name is clicked on a Equipment Management screen.

      Equipment information is edited and registered. It is displayed that   is clicked on a Equipment management screen.

    Management Menu -> Templates
       (including Workflow and Profile sheet)
      A template screen consists of the following three sections.
    • (On left-hand side)   System template
    • (Under left-hand side)   Report template
    • (Right-hand side)   Workflow

    <Template>

    >> System Template (On left-hand side)
      The template of a profile sheet is set up. A user is newly created henceforth or it is User Information Edit screen. If a profile sheet is re-created, the template set up here will be applied automatically.

    >> Item Templates (Under left-hand side)
      A user creates, edits and deletes the template applied to an Item. It is displayed when newly creating an Item, and the "template" button of  Item Edit screen is clicked.

    The explanation of each control of the "report template" column is as follows.
    Control Description
    This is dragged and turn can be replaced.
    (Title portion) It moves to Item Display screen and the contents of the template are displayed.
    It moves to  Item Edit screen  and a template can be edited.
    A template is deleted.
    Create A template is newly added.


    >>Workflow (Right-hand side)
      The template of a workflow is created, edited and deleted. It is displayed on the "new creation" column of a  workflow screen.

      About each control of the "workflow" column, it is the same as upper "report template."


    Management Menu -> Research Management: Settings
      A start/stop of creation of a questionnaire and a reply receptionist are performed.
       It consists of the following four sections.
    • Operation
    • Questionnaire Page
    • The object group of an individual total
    • Selection item

    <Research Management (Settings)>
    >> Operation
      Operation about the whole questionnaire is performed.

    Item Description
    Reply receptionist A button is clicked and a start/stop of a receptionist are performed.
    (It does not perform both clearing the other received reply or changing a user's status etc.)
    • Start
      A questionnaire is outputted from the contents of a setting of the "questionnaire Paige" and "selection item" column, and reply registration is started.
    • Stop
      Registration of a reply is stopped, and a lower screen is displayed when a user clicks a "questionnaire" menu.

    In order to make the contents of a "questionnaire page" and the "selection item" column reflect in a questionnaire, it is necessary to once stop a reply receptionist and to perform a new start (output of a questionnaire).
    All the users' reset The reply received [ all the ] is cleared, all the users' status is reset, and it is made "un-answering."

    >> Questionnaire page
      A questionnaire page is created. A maximum of 3-page (up to 20 per page) creation is possible.

    • Each page of a questionnaire is also an Item and edits substance in a  report edit display.
    • The following keyword is embedded in a part to display the selection / input column of the "contents" of the report on, 
      $q01_01$q01_20,
      $q02_01$q02_20,
      $q03_01$q03_20
      and each setup is carried out in the "selection item" column.

      <Research management: Setting screen>
      The explanation of each control of the "questionnaire page" column is as follows.
    Control Description
    This is dragged and turn can be replaced.
    (Title) When clicking it, Item Display screen will pop up as follows and questionnaire Paige's contents will be displayed.
    (Here, keywords, such as "$q01_01", are displayed as it is)
    It moves to  Item Edit screen and a questionnaire page can be edited.
      Please embed keywords, such as "$q01_01", with a "contents" tab (Font etc. is free).
    A questionnaire page is deleted.
    Create A questionnaire page is newly added. (a maximum of 3 pages)

    >> The object group of an individual total
      Questionnaire management: Specify the group which displays an individual total result with the "total" tab of a total screen.

    • The group of a low rank layer is included in a total result.

      The explanation of each control of the "object group of individual total" column is as follows.
    Control Description
    This is dragged and turn can be replaced.
    A group selection tree is displayed and a group can be changed.
    A group is deleted.
    Create Group A group selection tree is displayed and a group can be added.

    >> Selection item
      The control which replaces keywords, such as "$q01_01" etc. embedded to the questionnaire page, is set up.

    (1) : Reset
      The contents of a setting saved are cleared about all the selection items.
      (The keyword itself, such as "$q01_01" etc. of a questionnaire page, is not necessarily deleted)

    (2) :   Keyword List
      Keywords, such as "$q01_01" etc. currently embedded at questionnaire Paige, are extracted automatically, and are displayed.

    (3) :   Question sentence
      The question used on the check page before reply decision of a questionnaire is inputted.
      Although the sentence in front of keywords, such as "$q01_01" etc. of a questionnaire page, is automatically extracted by a default, please correct if needed.

    (4) :   Control setup
      Control replaced with keywords, such as "$q01_01", is specified.
      In [ choosing an object keyword by the keyword list of (2) ], a kind is chosen from inside,
  • Radio button
  • Check box
  • Dropdown list
  • Text area
  • and a parameter is inputted as follows, respectively.

    (5) : Apply
      Please click "application" button for every keyword and save a setup.


    Management Menu -> Research management: Users and Status
      The reply situation of each user's questionnaire is indicated by list. Simultaneous notice by e-mail and reset of the status for every user can also be performed from here.

    <Research Management (Users and Status)>
    >>  Status List header part

    (1) :   Selection group
      The group chosen now is displayed. When clicking it, a group selection tree is displayed and another group can be displayed.
      If  is clicked, group selection will be canceled and all the users will be displayed.

    <Group-Select Tree>
    (2) : Search
    The keyword to search is specified (the capital letter and small letter of an alphabetic character are distinguished). "Status" can be chosen from the following four.
  • All
  • Un-answering.
  • Reply suspension
  • Completion
  • A click of "search" button will display the user of the appointed conditions.
    If the Reset button is clicked, it will return to an initial display state.

    (3) :   Nonpiped-mode-operation button
    Operation to the user chosen by the check box at the right end of each user is performed.

    It cannot straddle and nonpiped mode operation of the page cannot be carried out. Please process for every page. (50 per page)

    Button Description
    Select All / Deselect All Selection/release of all the users in Paige are changed.
    It chooses except completion. The status in a page chooses all the users who are not "completion."
    The notice of e-mail A lower e-mail transmitting window pops up and the package transmission of the e-mail can be carried out at the selected user.
    > It is convenient if you use for the reminder of a reply etc.
    • It transmits e-mail one affair at a time for every address (a receiving person does not know other receiving persons' mail address mutually).
    • Transmitting agency mail address   thetis/config/environment.rb   It becomes the mail address set up by THETIS_FROM_EMAIL.
    Reset of status A user's selected status is reset and it changes into the state "where it does not answer." (By already receiving a reply, if it is ending, it will also be cleared)

    (4) :   Paige turning over
      Page turning over of a list (50 per page) can be performed.

    >> Status List Part
      The list of reply situations is displayed. 50 per 1 Paige Paige turning over can be performed in a header part (4).
    • If a caption (green portion) is clicked, it can sort by the item.
      (∧ represents ascending order, and ∨ represents descending one).
    • If a user name is clicked, it will move to  a user information display screen.
    • By a right end check box, the object equipment which performs nonpiped mode operation of a header part (3) is chosen.


    Management Menu -> Research management: Statistics
      Two tabs, a "total" and "all the records", are changed, and a check and total of a reply are performed.

    1. "Statistics" Tab
      A reply is totaled and displayed for every question in the following forms.
  • The item of a radio button check box drop down list is front form.
  • The item of text input is listing form.
  •

    * Set up the object group of an individual total on a Research management:setting screen. It totals also including the group of a low rank layer.

    2. "All Records" Tab
      A reply of all the users who belong to the selected group is displayed.
    • It is kept from each reply having dared be understood of which user it is a thing.
    • When the display number of cases exceeds 100 affairs (in the case when 100 or more users belong to one group), the following messages are displayed and 100 affairs of the beginning are displayed.

     管理メニュー画面からの他、タイムカード(月単位/グループ別/勤怠入力)画面タイムカード管理:有給休暇画面 (管理者のみ)をクリックすると表示されます。
     勤怠管理、有給休暇規定などの設定を行います。
     次の3つのセクションから成ります。
    • 全般
    • 有給休暇
    • 勤務規定

    <タイムカード管理(設定)>
    ◆ 全般
     タイムカードに関する全般的な設定を行います。

    項目 説明
    年度の初め (勤怠集計における)年度の開始月を指定します。
    月の初め (勤怠集計における)月の開始日を指定します。
    ユーザー名 タイムカード・メニューの画面に関し、動作設定画面の「フルネームで表示」設定とは別に、 常にフルネームで表示したい場合にチェック状態にします。

    「月の初め」を n とすると、x月の範囲は次のようになります。
  • n ≦ 15 の場合、x月 n日 ~ x+1月 n-1日
  • n ≧ 16 の場合、x-1月 n日 ~ x月 n-1日
  • (ただし、あくまでタイムカード・メニューの中だけです)

    ◆ 有給休暇
     有給休暇の所定日数や繰越し設定を行います。

     「有給休暇」欄の各項目の説明は次の通りです。
    項目 説明
    所定日数  各ユーザーに年ごとに付与するデフォルトの日数を指定します。
     ここで設定した値が、有給休暇管理画面で実際に付与する際、デフォルト値として入力画面に表示されます。
    (自動的に一律に付与される訳ではありません)
    繰越し 消化し切れなかった有給休暇の繰越しルールを、なし/1年/期限切れなしから選びます。


    ◆ 勤務規定
     勤務時間規定を設定します。各項目の説明は次の通りです。
    項目 説明
    所定休憩時間 ・デフォルトの休憩時間を指定します
    ・ユーザーが勤務の終了時間を入力した時点で、この休憩時間が自動的に挿入されます(編集・削除可)。 自動挿入される休憩時間は次のものです。
  • 「勤務開始<休憩開始<休憩終了<勤務終了」を満たす時間帯のもの。
  • ユーザーが先に手動で入力した休憩時間と重ならない時間帯のもの。
  • ・「追加」ボタンまたは で下のような休憩時間入力画面がポップアップ表示され、休憩時間を追加・編集できます。
    で休憩時間を削除できます。
    所定労働時間 残業の開始時刻を算出するために使用されます。
    必要なければ、0時間00分を指定してください。
    始業時間 遅刻を判定するために使用されます。
    必要なければ空白を指定してください。
    終業時間 早退を判定するために使用されます。
    必要なければ空白を指定してください。
    深夜 深夜(早朝)残業を計算するために使用されます。
    必要なければ空白を指定してください。


    管理メニュー → タイムカード管理:有給休暇 
     各ユーザーの有給休暇を一覧表示します。 ここから全ユーザー/指定グループ内の全ユーザー/指定ユーザーの有給休暇の更新・一括更新ができます。

    <タイムカード管理(有給休暇)>
    ■ ヘッダ部

    : 設定ボタン
     「タイムカード管理:設定」画面へ移ります。

    : 選択グループ
     現在選択されているグループを表示します。ここをクリックすると、グループ選択ツリーが表示され、別のグループを表示できます。
      をクリックするとグループ選択を解除し、全ユーザーを表示します。

    <グループ選択ツリー>
    : 検索
    検索するキーワードを指定します(英字の大文字・小文字を区別します)。 「検索」ボタンをクリックすると、指定の条件のユーザーを表示します。
    「リセット」ボタンをクリックすると初期表示状態に戻ります。

    : 一括操作ボタン
     各ユーザーの右端のチェックボックスで選択されたユーザーに対する操作を行います。
    ボタン 意味
    一括更新 年度を指定して有給休暇の付与日数を一括更新します。
    対象はすべてのユーザー、または指定されていればそのグループのすべてのユーザー、 またはチェックされていればそのユーザーになります。
    全選択/全解除 ページ内の全ユーザーの選択/解除を切り替えます。

    ユーザーの選択(チェック)はページをまたがって行うことはできません。ページごとに操作してください。 (1ページ50件)

    : ページめくり
     リスト(1ページ50件)のページめくりができます。

    ■ 一覧部
     各ユーザーの現年度の有給休暇の消化日数/残存日数の一覧を表示します。(1ページ50件。ページめくりはヘッダ部⑤でできます。)
    • キャプション(緑色の部分)をクリックするとその項目でソートできます。
      (▲が昇順、▼が降順を表します)
    • ユーザー名をクリックすると、ユーザー情報表示画面に移ります。
    • 右端のチェックボックスで、ヘッダ部④の一括操作を行う対象ユーザーを選択します。
    • をクリックすると、下のような有給休暇一覧画面がポップアップ表示されます。
      ここで をクリックすると、下のような有給休暇付与画面がポップアップ表示され、その年度の付与日数を編集できます。


    Access Logs
      The log of access to Thetis is displayed. A maximum of 1000 affairs (changable on Access Log Settings screen are saved, and if it is exceeded, it will be deleted from an old thing.
      Only the user set up can display the administrator authority of a log.

    <Access Logs>
    >> Access log   Header part
    (1) : To Access Log Settings screen
     If it clicks here, it will move to  Access Log Settings screen.
     The maximum maintenance number of cases of a log can be specified.

    (2) : Search
    The keyword to search is specified (the capital letter and small letter of an alphabetic character are distinguished). An "object" is chosen from the following.
  • All Logs
  • Login
  • Desktop
  • Item
  • Folder
  • Schedule
  • Equipment
  • User
  • Group
  • Team
  • Template
  • Workflow
  • Research
  • RSS
  • A click of "search" button will display the applicable log of the appointed conditions.
    If the Remove All button is clicked, it will return to an initial display state.

    (3) :   Package manual operation button
      Operation to the log which "deleting all" was chosen by all the elimination of the log, and was chosen by the check box at the right end of each log except it is performed.

    Other than "deleting all", it cannot straddle and nonpiped mode operation of the page cannot be carried out. Please process for every page. (50 per page)

    Button Description
    Delete All Package deletion of all the logs of all the pages is carried out.
    Select All / Deselect All Selection/release of all the logs in a page are changed.
    Delete The log chosen is deleted.

    (4) :   Page turning over
      Paige turning over of a log list part (50 per 1 Paige) can be performed.

  • Log list part
  •   The list of access logs is displayed. (1 Paige 50 affair.) Paige turning over can be performed in a header part (3).
    • If a caption (green portion) is clicked, it can sort by the item.
      (∧ represents ascending order, and ∨ represents descending one).
    • If a user name is clicked   It moves to  a user information display screen.
    Control Description
    A request parameter is displayed as follows.
    (Check box) The object log which performs nonpiped mode operation of a header part (2) is chosen.



    : Access Log Settings
     A setup about an access log is performed.
     It is displayed When is clicked in Access Log screen.
     In the present version, the maximum maintenance number of cases of a log can be specified.
